Then, with your input and feedback, I will design a fitness program tailored to fit your schedule and lifestyle.

Choose from my 6 week plans, and build from there.

In addition to your workout program and exercise instruction, you can choose a plan that includes weekly check-ins to celebrate your progress, address questions, and make any necessary adjustments. You’ll also be able to reach me for questions and mini-check-ins during “office hours” twice a week.
